The Ocean Sands line of jewelry is based on the fossilized shark teeth (megalodon and others) and mammal bone dating back to the Miocene and Pliocene eras ranging from 2.5 to 25 million years ago. Tom Szabo recovers the materials from the gulf waters off Florida while scuba diving. He then cuts, grinds, polishes and mounts the creations, then offers them for sale.
