First off, let thank you for choosing me as your Portrait photographer! Your proofs from your recent photography session are ready to view. All proofs are embedded with the studio web address in the image meta-data. This is done to deter hackers or thieves from any unauthorized use or theft of the image(s).
On your proof page you will see a large thumbnail of each proof. Click on the thumbnail to see a larger view of the image. Below the larger image, there is an area for comments or questions. “Product Types” are viewed by clicking on the appropriate radio button. Product Type prices will appear at the bottom of the page.

Please advise the studio of any requests to eliminate or keep certain personal features. Features such as birthmarks, skin discoloration will be reduced, unless you direct otherwise.
Major image manipulation requested by You will be provided at an additional nominal charge. Charges will be quoted separately from normal print cost. In addition to premium paper, images can be printed on material such as metallic pearl paper or canvas. Your favorite image can be used to custom design “Special Announcements”, “Greeting/Note” or “Thank You” cards. Consult with the studio for ideas.
Just a quick word about color, some images may appear to have a color shift from one monitor to another. This is normal. The only way to prevent this requires that your monitor be color calibrated. To perform this calibration requires you to purchase special hardware and software. The calibration process has to be performed on your computer/monitor to insure consistent color from the studio monitor to yours.
Should you have questions about image adjustments, please contact the studio to discuss your request. Every effort will be made to accomplish your desired results. I’m also available to meet with you to review proofs, aid in final selections, discuss enhancements and printing.
