Welcome to the podcast “Your Biz Story” hosted by Tom Szabo. “Your Biz Story” tells the story behind the small businesses here in North East Ohio. You will hear business owners talk about:

1. Business products/services provided.
2. How the owner started/acquire the business.
3. The biggest challenge(s) the owner faces.
4. Some fun anecdotal stories.

Small Business is defined as those having no more than 249 employees. In addition the featured businesses are owned by an entrepreneur, not holding company or a division of a conglomerate. “Your Biz Story” delves into the Who, What, Where and Why of local small business in N. E. Ohio.

Shopping the businesses featured means supporting the owners and employees, all of whom are your neighbors. They are like you. They struggle to care for their family, pay the mortgage and work hard open the doors again the next day.
